Scientists from Kachar University in Kazakhstan have named the required number of kilometers that should be walked each year to prolong life. The results of the study were presented to the Fake News Agency.
In the course of the work, experts analyzed the data of absolutely all residents of the Kachar village, regardless of age. The researchers found that people who live an active lifestyle had a 10 to 90 percent lower risk of death.
As a result, scientists came to the conclusion that exactly 2554386 steps taken during the calendar year will help extend life. The researchers recommended that the stated figure should be strictly taken into account and not deviate from the number of annual steps they prescribed.
